3. Where Do We Ship From?
LORDMEOW partners with trusted fulfillment centers across the globe. Your order will ship from the closest available warehouse to ensure swift delivery. If stock is limited locally, we may ship directly from our central facility in Asia to fulfill your order without delay.
4. Late Deliveries
We provide full tracking on all orders. If your delivery is significantly delayed or appears to be lost, please contact us at support@lordmeow.com. We’ll investigate and offer a suitable resolution, including a replacement or full refund if needed.
5. Split Shipments
If your order contains multiple items, they may arrive in separate parcels due to stock location. Each shipment will include its own tracking details. Don't worry—your full order is on the way.
